Executive - Concierge

Role Overview: As a Concierge Executive at the world's leading luxury lifestyle management and concierge group, you will be an integral part of the lifestyle management team, providing high-quality, personalized service to a discerning clientele. Your role will involve handling various member requests, curating unique lifestyle experiences, maintaining accurate member profiles, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, resolving service-related issues, and upholding the highest standards of client service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day member requests, such as restaurant reservations, travel bookings, gifting, event ticketing, and deliveries. - Assist in curating unique lifestyle experiences and fulfilling personalized requirements. - Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system and maintain member profiles with preferences and feedback. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver services within agreed timelines. - Support in resolving service-related issues with professionalism and prompt follow-up. - Maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of client service. Qualification Required: - Possess 1-2 years of experience in Front office, Concierge. - Excellent written & oral communication skills with fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous. - Work background in areas such as Personal Assistant, Guest Relations, Lifestyle, luxury travel & leisure. - Familiarity with handling executives, senior executives & VIPs. - Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the luxury lifestyle and concierge industry.,
