As the prospective candidate for this role, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities: - Accurately preparing quotes using ERP package SAP and MS Excel - Handling incoming inquiries from customers - Costing for making pricing decisions - Tracking quotes and orders of customers - Processing orders and seeking amendments when necessary - Providing order updates to customers - Ensuring items are ordered as per customer requisitions - Monitoring production schedules - Handling invoicing and dispatch processes - Coordinating with branch offices to resolve commercial issues - Coordinating with the company's USA office as required - Handling customer grievances in alignment with the company's Vision, Mission, values, and financial objectives - Maintaining professional relationships within target accounts - Drafting business letters - Following up on statutory documents - Assisting the sales team in acquiring new customers - Ensuring adherence to SQS and company policies - Maintaining accurate record-keeping practices In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in using ERP package SAP and MS Excel for quote preparation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle customer grievances effectively - Knowledge of statutory requirements and documentation - Experience in sales support and order processing - Familiarity with commercial processes and pricing decisions,
