Executive (Client Servicing) - Event & Exhibition in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Create compelling presentations and proposals to pitch ideas and secure new business opportunities
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are met and exceeded
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients' needs
• Map key client requirements by attending or conducting client briefing meetings, planning projects, and coordinating with all teams
• Take briefs from the client servicing department and design required creatives accordingly
• Brainstorm with the team and create proposals as per client requirements
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in collaboration with the art director
• Present ideas effectively to clients to gain approvals and feedback
• Maintain cordial relationships with all clients through various communication platforms
• Understand the industry well to align solutions with current trends and client needs
• Oversee campaigns from the production stage to final completion
• Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Liaise with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers, and printers for flawless execution
• Ensure smooth execution of the event through thorough supervision and coordination
• Coordinate strongly with the design and production teams to execute glitch-free events
• Get involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, and creating post-event reports
