Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Aquisition Executive to join our recruitment and staffing firm. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in client acquisition and business growth within the recruitment industry, with a specific focus on the UK market. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
• Present and promote the company’s recruitment services to potential clients, primarily in the UK market
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Negotiate terms of engagement and close business deals in line with company policies
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or client acquisition within a recruitment or staffing firm
• Proven success in generating leads and converting them into clients
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and service delivery models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience dealing with international clients, particularly in the UK recruitment market, is highly desirable
