Job Description

1. Sales Closures:

Drive end-stage negotiations to successful closures for high-value residential units.
Engage with HNI/UHNI clients, addressing queries, objections, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
Coordinate with pre-sales and sales teams to understand the client s journey and preferences before initiating closure efforts.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Closing Executives or Associates.
Monitor individual and team performance, set targets, and ensure timely achievement of closure goals.
Provide on-the-job coaching, shadowing, and feedback to improve negotiation and relationship management skills.

3. Client Management:

Build trust and rapport with clients during critical decision-making stages.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service to ensure client satisfaction.
Personally handle VIP and complex cases requiring escalated intervention.

4. Process & Compliance:

Ensure all documentation (booking forms, KYC, payments, agreements) are completed accurately and within timelines.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution of the closure process.
Adhere strictly to internal processes, RERA norms, and audit standards.

5. Reporting & Insights:

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly closure reports to management.
Track and analyze closure ratios, drop-offs, and lead conversions.
Share market feedback and client objections for product and process improvement.
