Job Description

This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

Key Responsibilities:

Understand drawings, assist in the execution and maintenance of civil projects.
Conduct site visits, inspections, collect the data and monitor maintenance work progress on daily basis.
Assist in preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with architect, contractors, other agencies and internal departments.
Support maintenance tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Prepare BOQ, estimation and check bills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or other branches but at least 5 years experience in civil projects.
Knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP).
