Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform breakdown maintenance, CNC maintenance, grinding, and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment in a machine shop setting.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field (CNC Maintenance, Machine Shop Maintenance).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, machining techniques, and industrialization concepts.
