Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform breakdown maintenance, CNC machine maintenance, electrical maintenance, and electronic equipment maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine shop operations.
Troubleshoot issues with Fanuc control systems and Siemens controls to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-10 years of experience in machine shop maintenance or related field (breakdown maintenance, CNC machine maintenance).
Strong understanding of electrical principles, electronics theory, and machining processes.
Proficiency in working with various types of machines such as lathe, milling machine, grinding machine etc.
