Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Lucknow. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering, and supervising kitchen staff. The role involves ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, managing food costs, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The Executive Chef will also work closely with the management team to develop new menu items and culinary experiences that align with the brand's vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Kitchen Operations
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Sanitation, and Hygiene Standards
• Creative approach to recipe development and food presentation
• Ability to manage food costs and budget
• Dedication to quality and attention to detail
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the culinary field
• Experience in luxury or premium dining settings is a plus
