The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the protective packaging industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and the competitive
landscape.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure customer needs
are met.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Manage a sales pipeline and regularly report on progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on protective packaging.

Strong understanding of the protective packaging industry and market trends.

Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software.
