Role Objective: To support the operations team in safely operating and maintaining packaging machinery, while learning key production and quality processes in a real-time manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging machines (e.g., Paper Handle bag, Shipping bags, etc.) · Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision · Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols · Check packaging quality and report any defects or malfunctions · Support the maintenance team in routine cleaning and basic upkeep of machines · Record production output and machine downtime as instructed · Learn and adhere to 5S and lean manufacturing practices Key Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Printing, Packaging or Industrial Engineering Basic understanding of machine operation or industrial work environment Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment Physically fit to work in shifts and on standing machinery What You’ll Learn: End-to-end packaging machine operations and machinery handling Exposure to production KPIs and quality standards Workplace discipline, team coordination, and industrial safety Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities: Plan and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal departments for dispatch and delivery schedules. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues. Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches including E-way bills, invoices, and delivery challans. Manage vehicle allocation based on load, route, and delivery priority. Maintain records of transportation costs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Address delivery delays, transit damages, or logistics discrepancies with appropriate solutions. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business requirements. Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Evaluate transporter performance and suggest improvements or changes as needed. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Fulfillment & Dispatch Management: Oversee order processing, packing, and timely dispatch across Amazon, Flipkart, website, and other marketplaces. Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, and shipment activities. Catalogue Management: Handle product listing creation, updates, and optimization (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing). Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (India & UK), Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, etc. Regularly audit live listings to fix errors, mismatches, and suppressions. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure proper inventory control using Unicommerce (OMS & WMS). Create and manage FBA consignment shipments for India & UK marketplaces. Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Work with courier partners to optimize shipping performance and minimize delivery delays. Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, and shipment activities. Returns & Reverse Logistics Handling: Track and process product returns efficiently to minimize operational losses. Compliance & Account Health: Monitor account health (India & UK) parameters (late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, valid tracking rate, etc.). Daily & Monthly Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports on order status, dispatch performance, and inventory levels. Generate monthly dispatch reports for analysis and process improvements. Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment management. Strong knowledge of e-commerce dispatch models (Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, etc.). Proficiency in Unicommerce (OMS & WMS) for order and warehouse management. Hands-on experience in daily operational reporting and monthly dispatch analysis. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
