Job Purpose: To assist the machine operator in running paper bag making machines, ensuring smooth production, quality output, and timely completion of orders. Key Responsibilities: Assist the machine operator in setting up, loading raw material, and preparing the machine for production. Monitor the machine operation and support in feeding paper rolls, glue, handles, and other inputs. Collect finished paper bags, check for basic quality (size, printing, folding, pasting), and stack them properly. Ensure raw material availability and maintain cleanliness around the machine. Help in minor adjustments under the operator’s guidance to avoid downtime. Support in packaging and bundling of finished bags for dispatch.
