Machine Operations Trainee

Role Objective:

To support the operations team in safely operating and maintaining packaging machinery, while learning key production and quality processes in a real-time manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging machines (e.g., Paper Handle bag, Shipping bags, etc.)

· Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

· Check packaging quality and report any defects or malfunctions

· Support the maintenance team in routine cleaning and basic upkeep of machines

· Record production output and machine downtime as instructed

· Learn and adhere to 5S and lean manufacturing practices

Key Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Printing, Packaging or Industrial Engineering
• Basic understanding of machine operation or industrial work environment
• Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment
• Physically fit to work in shifts and on standing machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
