Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven International Sales Executive to become part of our expanding team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess a solid understanding of international markets, and are eager to promote educational products and services on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a non-IT background, outstanding communication skills, and a proven sales record, ideally within the education or service sectors.

Executive – Business Development Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service sector. Non-IT background is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage international clients effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • International Exposure: Prior experience working with international clients or markets is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to shifting priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to track leads and manage client relationships.
  • Education: A graduate degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Relations) is a plus.

Job Duties:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and target international markets to promote and sell IAPL Institute's training and educational programmes.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and successful client onboarding.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
