Role Overview: You will be leading and actively participating in creating market pull for Siemens Pressure & Temperature portfolio in various Industries. Your responsibility will include establishing technical credibility, driving discussions with key decision makers, and ensuring win-win alignment between business requirements and use cases. Key Responsibilities: - Promote Siemens Pressure & Temperature portfolio in various Process Industries - Conduct technical sessions on Siemens Pressure & Temperature transmitters for end users - Plan, coach, and support regional sales teams on technical enablement and value selling - Travel across India and utilize strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills - Generate leads, maintain client relationships, and explore creative sales tactics - Collaborate with account executives for industry-specific outreach efforts - Utilize CRM tools for standardized processes throughout all sales stages - Conduct month-end and year-end close processes Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Industry experience, with minimum 3+ years in Automation / Process Instrumentation - Technical expertise in Pressure & Temperature transmitters and related applications - Basic knowledge of communication protocols like HART, Profibus PA, Foundation Fieldbus, Profinet, and wireless communication (e.g., Bluetooth) - Ability to clearly communicate functionality and demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and networking abilities - Proficiency in diagnosing problems and finding solutions Additional Company Details: No additional details mentioned in the job description.
