Espee Group supplies drug product in both small and large quantities including hard-to-find items and branded, generic, and OTC products in all therapeutic classes and dosage forms. Job Profile - BD: Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring customers for Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs). Drive revenue growth through the cultivation and management of relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client engagements through follow-up meetings and site visits to strengthen partnerships and ensure satisfaction. Analyze sales performance data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Formulate and execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving company objectives and maximizing market share. Perform comprehensive competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Manage the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products , ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient supply chain operations. Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Liaise with international offices in the UK, US, Europe, and Canada to ensure alignment with global business goals and operational consistency.
