Job Profile - BD: Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring customers for Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs). Drive revenue growth through the cultivation and management of relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client engagements through follow-up meetings and site visits to strengthen partnerships and ensure satisfaction. Analyze sales performance data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Formulate and execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving company objectives and maximizing market share. Perform comprehensive competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Manage the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products , ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient supply chain operations. Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Liaise with international offices in the UK, US, Europe, and Canada to ensure alignment with global business goals and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities 1*. Communication & Coordination* Act as the primary liaison for Europe/UK operations, coordinating seamlessly with Espee UK, India BD‑Ops, and external customers. 2*. Order & Customer Management* Oversee all order and customer management activities—from availability and expiry checks to quotes, HVQs, and inquiries—ensuring seamless end‑to‑end support from order placement through shipment 3*. Documentation Oversight* Manage comprehensive documentation for Espee UK (e.g., invoices, import permits, COA, COO, temperature logs, e.g., PFI, DEA permit, CBN NOC, CTS, COO) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational transparency. 4. Logistics Support Coordinate shipments end-to-end—overseeing logistics, documentation, asset packaging, and capturing key details like six-side images, dimensions, and weight for seamless execution. 5*. Financial Reconciliation* Work with finance teams in both India and the UK to Reconcile payments, Execute payment follow-ups, ensuring timely transactions. 6*. Tracking & Reporting* Maintain and update: Espee UK’s Order Tracker, Sales Tracker, HVQ Sheet, and Quote Sheet, Order Tracker and Commercial Data Sheet 7*. Client & Internal Relations* Provide account management and operational support for specific customers across both regions and Deliver documentation and coordination services across all operations. 8*. Meeting Management* Schedule, prepare agendas, and document outcomes (Minutes of Meetings) for all operational calls and meetings.
