Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive - BGV|International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and execute business processes to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.
Strong knowledge of business process management and improvement techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is desirable.
