Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and helping in a professional manner. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights to internal teams for strategic planning. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conveying valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products, services, and overall customer experience. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate sales forecasts for existing accounts, aiding in inventory planning and resource allocation. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company's product offerings, specifications, and updates to effectively communicate with customers. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Timely Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on customer service metrics.
