Job Description

Primary Process review Payroll & Employee reimbursements - Test of controls , Fraud investigations, transaction audits, and efficiency improvements. Accounts Payable - Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements. Developing dashboards fo r analysis, MIS analysis and identifying exce ptions. Participating in business process analysis and continuous improvements projects. Designing & publishing Monthly & Quarterly MIS to F&A and HR heads. Secondary Driving process improvement by leveraging relevant technology such as robotics process automation and Artificial Intelligence. Participating in ISO certificatio n programs and audits. Departmental Activities Quality and Operational Excellence team does the Forensic Investigation for Payroll, Employee Benefits and Vendor Payments, reporting MIS to lCs, analytics for lCs, periodic audit of controls, managing ISO certification, driving Business process improvements & automation.
