Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Kochi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, organizing meetings, compiling expense reports, and coordinating various daily operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong skills in Executive Support and the ability to manage high-pressure schedules
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with various stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office suite)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
