Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and track invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
  • Sales Support: Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, maintain client communication, and support business development activities.
  • Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage documentation, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and day-to-day office administration.
  • Reporting: Maintain records, prepare basic reports, and assist in tracking sales and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, or related roles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
