Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments for executives
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, and follow-ups
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Liaise with departments to follow up on action items and deadlines
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative processes
  • Provide general office support and contribute to operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • B.Com or any bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
