Designation: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handle travel arrangements including ticket booking for tours and travel, accommodation, and itinerary planning for the Director and senior leadership.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, financial records, and personal matters.
• Prioritize and manage emails and incoming calls effectively.
• Organize and schedule board meetings and foundation-related meetings.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and data as required.
• Assist in planning and executing team-building activities for junior and senior assistants.
• Manage logistics and agendas for leadership visits and key events.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required) – preferably in Commerce or a related field.

Experience:

• Total Work Experience: 1–2 years (Required)

Language Proficiency:

• English: Required (Strong written and verbal communication skills)
