Job Title: Executive Assistant to The Director
Salary: 30k to 40k (In Hand)
Location: Hybrid

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a smart, tech-forward multitasker ( Female only) who thrives in organized chaos and knows how to take initiative. This role is perfect for someone with an engineering or tech background who’s looking to grow fast and make real impact.
You won’t just be handling tasks — you’ll be the key link between the Director and everyone else involved in sales, procurement, logistics.
That means communication, follow-through, and problem-solving will be your superpowers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the primary bridge between the Director and all internal/ external stakeholders across procurement, sales, and logistics
Manage procurement workflows — from sourcing to delivery and everything in between
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients (especially international)
Use MS Excel (pro level) to build reports, analyse data, and manage orders
Own task management — set priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines
Assist with vendor research, pricing comparisons, and negotiations
Help maintain purchase records, contracts, and internal documentation
Monitor deliveries, flag delays, and propose backup plans when needed
Collaborate across departments to support smoother business operations
Keep the Director updated — summarize insights, flag issues, and suggest solutions
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and internal systems
Stay on top of market trends, product updates, and cost-saving opportunities
What We Require:
Engineering/Tech Background (big bonus if you’re also into logistics or analytics)
Excellent Communicator — written, verbal, local and global vibes
High IQ + strong mental math and logic game
MS Office Pro — especially Excel
Confident, assertive, and knows how to handle pressure with grace
Organized — can juggle tasks and still hit deadlines
Flexible with work hours (global partners = async teamwork)
Loyal, hardworking, and hungry to learn more
Good people skills — can read the room and manage expectations
Self-starter who also knows when to loop in others
Solution-focused, always looking to improve the system
