l • Manage and organize complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and time efficiency.
l • Coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and events – internal and external.
l • Draft, review, and circulate professional Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
l • Handle confidential reports, sensitive communications, and executive-level documentation.
l • Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
l • Track and follow up on strategic tasks and key deliverables to ensure timely closure.
l • Optimize workflows, streamline communication, and support executive decision-making.
l • Maintain absolute discretion in handling confidential matters and sensitive business data.
l • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional email and document handling expertise.
l • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
l • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
l • High level of maturity, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
l • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
l • Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours as needed.
