Job Description for EA (Exec. Asst./ Admin.) to Sr. VP-Delhi :
Work Profile :
# Shadows the SVP and pick up business threads as an “adjunct” member of meetings he/ she is nominated to attend
# Tracks data related to market & competitive intelligence, data compilation & analysis# Business analysis – performance, financials, trends, people & performance# Preparing & maintaining SVP reports, presentations & MIS for the Board & MD# Organizing periodic MIS and hygiene check of contents.# Following up on matters escalated to SVP# Organizing responses to commitments given to/ by SVP on stated dates# Follow up on action points in meetings with internal teams and external clients/agencies.# Data Mining.# Fixing appointments and meetings.# Follow up on meetings and client engagement.
# Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
# Plans, coordinates and ensures the SVP’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the SVP’s time and office.
# Organizing compliance & other documents, if any, for Corporate purposes
# Verification of routine approval requests from team – travel statements, vouchers, etc.
# Organizing meetings and co-ordinating with relevant personnel
Candidate Eligibility :
# Graduate in any discipline
# Skills and Business qualification to facilitate career growth in line functions after a 1-year stint as EA to SVP
# Posting at Jasola, New Delhi
# Limited travel requirements as a role, except for the occasional special needs
# Same working hours as SVP and flexible with time schedules on work demand.
# Demonstrated skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word is mandatory
# Desired skills including Social Media Web platforms and any CRM
# Detailing skills – especially in respect of document review and study
#Knowledge of spoken and written English
# Good communication skills and ability to interact with team in English & Hindi.
# Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
