Executive Assistant to MD 806

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting the Managing Director during a pivotal phase of organizational transformation. The position spans strategy, operations, manufacturing excellence, customer centricity, digital initiatives, and new business development. It offers exceptional exposure to leadership decision-making and serves as a strong platform for future senior roles within the group.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Chief of Staff Support

  • Act as Chief of Staff to the MD, driving key strategic priorities and ensuring seamless execution across functions.
  • Coordinate Management Committee initiatives, track outcomes, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead preparation and review of business presentations, performance dashboards, and management updates for board and group leadership.

Program & Transformation Management

  • Program manage the organization’s transformation agenda—including manufacturing excellence, customer centricity (KAM), digital transformation, and international expansion.
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery across all strategic projects.

High-Impact Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Independently lead and execute high-impact projects focused on operational efficiency, growth strategy, and organizational capability development.
  • Support end-to-end strategy formulation and execution for core and emerging businesses, including battery materials, specialty chemicals, and adjacent sectors.

Stakeholder & Advocacy Management

  • Develop and monitor advocacy plans and stakeholder engagement strategies—internal and external.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional communication, alignment, and senior-level influence management.

Profile Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (mandatory)
  • MBA from a premier Tier-1 institute is an advantage
  • PMP Certification is mandatory

Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing (operations, process, or projects).
  • Background in program management, consulting, or business transformation preferred.
  • Experience within manufacturing companies or top-tier consulting firms is desirable.
