Job Summary:

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support



  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.



  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.



  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and emails.


Coordination & Follow-ups



  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.



  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow up on assigned tasks.



  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups.


Operational & Strategic Assistance



  • Support executives in planning, data analysis, and business reporting.



  • Assist in project coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.



  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Confidentiality & Professionalism



  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.



  • Represent the executive office in a professional and efficient manner.
