Management Work
Travel arrangements and expenses, Air Tickets & Train Tickets (International or Domestic)
Hotels & Cab (International or Domestic), Coordinate & apply for Passport, VISA
Payment & refund Follow up & managing correspondence
Handling confidential and sensitive information, information gathering and web searching
Online Orders and Follow upsPerform other related duties as and when required
Has to manage all kinds of personal and official works of the Director/MD
Making arrangement for personal small events
Admin WorkCoordinate with Vendors, & New Vendors Search as per the requirement
(for Stationary / Printing / Peripherals goods other items etc)Coordinate with IT person for system repair
Do routine maintenance on office machines & store machies (laser printer, photocopier, laminator, Water Dispenser) Call for repairs when necessary Issue Purchase Order
Air Tickets & Train Tickets (International or Domestic) for employees
Booking Hotels & Cab (International or Domestic) for employee
Coordinate & apply for Passport, VISA for employees
Making arrangement for small events
Handling the reception counter
Taking all inbound and outbound calls Assist All visitorsTaking care of reception & cleaning
Hosting of Buyers
HR WorkAssisting in recruitment to HR
Maintain the personal files and joining
All joining formality (Like Offer, Appointment letter / salary breakup) Preparing salary attendance sheet, OT sheet & Conveyance
(Elvy) Exit & Full & Final Formalities
(Relieving & Experience letters)Having pleasant personality
Having very good English communication skills (Oral & Written)
Having very good computer knowledge
Having good exposure in Power PresentationImmediate joiners are preferred
