Job Description: Personal Assistant to Campus Director (Education Industry)

Position Summary:

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Campus Director plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the director’s office. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the Campus Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems.
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding on behalf of the director when necessary.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external partners on behalf of the director.
  • Organise and coordinate campus events, meetings, and conferences.

3. Operational Support

  • Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the director.

4. Student & Staff Engagement

  • Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, directing them appropriately.
  • Support HR-related tasks, including scheduling interviews and on boarding new hires.

5. Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Assist in policy documentation and implementation of administrative procedures.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the Campus Director.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the director’s office.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role of Education Industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and administrative software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Must be Prefer to Relevant Experience in Education Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Morning shift
