• Manage and optimize the Directors calendar, travel schedules, and daily agenda.
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering materials, drafting minutes, and
following up on action items.
• Handle all correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) with professionalism and confidentiality. • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business communications.
• Facilitate smooth communication and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and
deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, projects, and meetings as directed by the Director.
• Support day-to-day oAice operations related to the Directors activities.
• Maintain organized and accessible filing systems (digital and physical).
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and internal meetings.
• Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively manage priorities and commitments.
• Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries to support decision-making.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Represent the Directors oAice with professionalism and integrity in all engagements.
