Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support senior management with scheduling, communication, and coordination.
Review technical documents and assist in project tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business summaries.
Manage travel, meetings, and confidential documents.

Requirements:

2–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant.
Strong technical understanding, communication, and MS Office skills.
Highly organized with ability to multitask.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / similar) is preferred.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing / EPC / industrial projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

Executive Support: 2 years (Required)
Communication & Organization Skills: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
