Job Description Job Title: Executive Assistant to M. D. Office Location: Jaipur Salary (Cost to Company – Inclusive of PF/ ESIC (if applicable)/ Bonus):30,000- 35,000 CTC per month Education: Graduation (MBA preferred) Age range: 28-40 Gender-Female Experience-2 to 3 yr

Key Responsibilities * Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications on behalf of the MD. * Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official correspondence. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates. * Draft meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure completion of key deliverables. * Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Assist in business planning, data compilation, and project coordination. * Represent the MD professionally in all communications and interactions. Required Skills & Competencies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Smart, presentable, and professional in approach. * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
