Position - Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - 3 yrs to 5 yrs

salary - 30k - 35k ctc

Key Responsibility -

Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, emails, and correspondence with prioritization.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, notes, and reports with high accuracy.
• Maintain confidential files, records, and documents efficiently.

Strategic & Project Coordination

• Track project timelines, deadlines, and follow-up on key action points.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide project status updates to MD.

Financial & Operational Assistance

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and manage invoice approvals.
• Review contracts and agreements for preliminary checks.

Meetings & Event Management

• Plan and organize internal/external meetings, board discussions, and events.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-ups on action items.
