Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the MD, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
Manage and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, etc.), responding where necessary or escalating appropriately.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring eAicient document retrieval.
Use the Microsoft OAice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation. Create professional PowerPoint decks for internal and external meetings.
Manage data through Excel, including report generation and basic analysis.
Utilize collaboration tools such as MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, or similar platforms.
Support the MD in adopting digital productivity tools to improve workflow and effiiciency.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, stakeholder communication, and logistics management
Ensure adherence to data management best practices, including secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support the MD in planning, tracking, and monitoring strategic initiatives and special projects.
Manage meeting hygiene by ensuring agendas, materials, and pre-reads are prepared in advance.
Oversee oAice operations related to the MDs oAice, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving logistical challenges.
