Job Opening For Executive Assistant (Male)

Leading IT Infrastructure & Networking Company

Experience: 1 - 4 years (Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant)

Location: Durgam Cheruvu Road, Hitech City, Hyderabad

Timings: General Shift (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)

Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree

Reports To: CMD

Salary: INR 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience)

Job description:

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CMD and will be responsible for managing day-to-day

activities. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, handling confidential information with discretion

and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operation of both personal and professional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

Manage schedules and coordinate meetings.

Travel arrangements, expense management.

Provide comprehensive administrative support and secretarial activities.

Follow up on all office tasks to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

• Communication:

Serve as a liaison between the internal & external stakeholders. Draft letters and manage communications.

Prepare MOM and organize correspondence, reports, and documents.

• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and

professionalism.

• Report Assistance: Preparation of reports and presentations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Expertise in Executive Assistance (EA), Personal Assistance (PA), Secretarial Activities, Travel

Arrangements, and Scheduling Appointments.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Has to work seamlessly with HODs & Sr. Management with a drive to get the required work completed as

per set timelines.
