Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the MDs calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Plant Operation Activities and trace it.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate complex travel itineraries (domestic and international).
  • Co- ordinate and Manage for any event for Exhibition.
  • Visa Process and Other requirement for Foreign travel.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and confidential.
  • Liaise between the MD and internal departments, clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage information flow and priorities.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the MD.
  • Support the MD in project planning, budget tracking, and meeting deadlines.

  • How do you resolve conflict in managing it nary of CEO/CFO.
  • How to ensure that leadership stays focused on high impact tasks.
  • What are the tenets of conducting an effective/efficient meeting.
  • Have you had the experience of preparing presentations, leadership/board papers.
  • How do you track key action items and follow-through to ensure execution.
  • How do you manage confidential documents. Communications etc.
  • What would you focus on to make an impact in your role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Executive Assistant Role. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
