About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask seamlessly across administrative, operational, and personal domains.
You will serve as the Founder’s right hand, managing her schedule, coordinating meetings, overseeing key communications, and accompanying her for shoots, events, and productions — ensuring every aspect of her day runs smoothly and efficiently.
