About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask seamlessly across administrative, operational, and personal domains.

You will serve as the Founder’s right hand, managing her schedule, coordinating meetings, overseeing key communications, and accompanying her for shoots, events, and productions — ensuring every aspect of her day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings — ensuring optimal time management.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan, book, and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics for shoots, productions, and business travel.
  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to internal and external emails — including managing personal and professional correspondence (e.g., kids’ school emails).
  • Event & Shoot Assistance: Travel for shoots, events, and productions — ensuring smooth on-ground coordination and execution.
  • Follow-ups & Task Tracking: Maintain a record of key deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide occasional personal support to ensure seamless functioning of both professional and personal schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Associate (preferably in a fast-paced environment or startup).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Dynamic personality — adaptable, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for work-related assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
