Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune as an Executive Assistant to Director at VishwaRaj Hospital. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director by managing schedules, organising meetings and maintaining records. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the Director, staff and external contacts, as well as performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
• Knowledge of office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners and printers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
• Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
