Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Director, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include preparing and managing expense reports, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and offering executive-level support.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong Executive Support skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in office software and tools, such as MS Office
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
