We're Hiring! Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Gurgaon | Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a government department or the agriculture industry. This role requires excellent communication and drafting skills, a strong command of Advanced Excel, and Hindi typing proficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and follow up with managers and team members on various tasks and deliverables.

 Share regular updates and status reports with the Director.

 Draft letters, reports, and official communications in both English and Hindi.

 Prepare Excel reports, track data, and analyze metrics using advanced Excel functions.

 Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.

 Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.

 Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar administrative or EA role.
• Industry Preference: Candidates from government departments or agriculture-related companies will be given preference.
• Skills:
• Strong drafting and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi typing.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (additional qualifications in administration or office management is a plus).

Working Conditions:

• Location: Office-based role in Gurgaon.
• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
