Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø An executive assistant to a director will be responsible for supporting the director and ensuring the efficient operation.
Ø Calendar Management: Maintain the director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts. Remind the director of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
Ø Email and Communication: Manage the director's email, prioritize messages, draft and respond to emails on their behalf, and ensure that important communications are promptly addressed.
Ø Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate the director's travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. Anticipate and address any travel-related needs.
Ø Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings, conferences, and presentations that the director will attend or host. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Ø Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files, both in physical and digital formats. Ensure that documents are easily accessible and well organized.
Ø Task Delegation: Receive, prioritize, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to other team members, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and on time. Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure
Ø Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Ø Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the director, such as managing personal appointments, errands, and other personal tasks.
Ø Time Management: Help the director manage their time effectively, providing reminders and assistance in prioritizing tasks.
Ø Ad Hoc Duties: Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as the director's needs evolve.
Ø Executive assistant to a Director is an indispensable support system, helping the director focus on their strategic and leadership responsibilities. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work discreetly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
