Executive Assistant To Chief Operating Officer

Role & responsibilities

1. Assisting Directors and Business owners with execution of various tasks.

2. Taking care of key Sales Accounts.

3. Laisoning with key suppliers.

4. Taking care of Banking Communications and Payments.

5. Handling export documentation for B2B high value sales.

6. Preparing calculations and reports for monthly GST returns.

7. Sending samples and coordinating with shipping agents and international customers.

8. Tracking Import-Export consignments.

9. Engaging in business development activities as per Top Management requests.

10. Effectively reducing work load of top management and developing skills to takeover key management responsibilities.

11. Train yourself on the job for deputy CEO role.

12. This job requires overall engagement with all stakeholders of a business like govt agencies, CA, CS, Bankers, Auditors, Suppliers, Logistic Companies, Customers, Company Staff etc.

13. You will be mirroring activities handled by Top Management under their supervision to learn the business in depth.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a candidate who is:-

1. Enthusiastic to push their limits by aggressively taking on complex tasks.

2. Has excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

3. Is wiling to engage with international customers and key suppliers.

4. Has a problem solving approach and does not back away from tough situations.

5. Is willing to learn skills fast on the job and is ready to eventually take responsibility of business development, expansion and overall management.

6. The candidate is well versed with working on computers, GST website, PF Website, Income tax Website, Net Banking operations.

7. Wherever the candidate is not having requisite skills, the candidate should be able to learn the skills by online trainings, use of AI or on the job from seniors.

8. The candidate should be able to handle sensitive and confidential business information and should have high sense of morality and honesty in executing day to day tasks.
