Job profile

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Triage and respond to emails and messages, including LinkedIn.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, team members, clients, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities for the CEO; manage registrations and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO with partnerships, conferences, and events.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Conduct research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations on key business matters to aid decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve administrative, operational, or logistical issues proactively.
  • Manage occasional personal assistant tasks, including personal appointments and coordination with household staff

  • Familiarity with online calendar management tools and systems like Dropbox.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly driven, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Energetic, creative, and curious, with a passion for contributing to the development and enhancement of the o2h culture.
  • Expert in English communication, both written and verbal.
