Job Description

About the Role:

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Financial Support

Assist the CEO with financial reports, business reviews, and data analysis
Support in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations
Coordinate with finance and other departments for key updates

Executive Assistance

Manage the CEOs schedule, travel plans, and meeting logistics
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Draft professional emails, memos, and business communications
Ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks

Candidate Profile:

CA, CA Inter , or Commerce Graduate (B.Com / M.Com)
1–2 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Analyst, or Finance roles)
Strong understanding of accounts, financial reports, and Excel tools
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
