Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer located in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing expense reports, diary management, and general administrative assistance. The assistant will ensure smooth and efficient operation by supporting the CEO in their day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
• Strong skills in general Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
