Position Overview :

We are seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of the company. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or builders sector, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman.

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day correspondence.

* Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and project documentation.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, government authorities, and internal teams.

* Assist in project-related follow-ups, agreements, and documentation.

* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

* Ensure timely execution of tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.

Requirements:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or equivalent.

* Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Builders industry (mandatory).

* Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional drafting.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

* Presentable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
