Executive Assistant to Chairman (1 Position – Female) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and handling sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to leadership, enabling the Chairman to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining efficiency across all engagements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling, and appointments , ensuring optimal use of time. Handle correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive information. Coordinate and follow up on meetings, travel arrangements, and official events . Prepare and organize agendas, briefing notes, and minutes for meetings. Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in project coordination and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Anticipate the Chairman’s needs and proactively provide support to streamline decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level coordination role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
