1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage and maintain the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely reminders and preparation of required documents.
Handle travel planning, itinerary management, and logistics.
2. Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal teams/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and business communication on behalf of the CFO.Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information.
3. Administrative Support
Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents for quick access.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs as required.
Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the CFO.
4. Meeting Support
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and circulate action points for CFO-related meetings.
Coordinate with departments to collect data, MIS, and updates needed for CFO review.
5. Office & Personal Assistance
Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and personal tasks as assigned.
Manage expenses, reimbursements, and vendor coordination wherever required.
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
