Executive Assistant to CFO

As an Executive Assistant to CFO at Arora Engineering Works with over 30 years of legacy in manufacturing industry, your role will involve managing various executive-level tasks with utmost confidentiality. You will be responsible for the following key roles: - Calendar & Email Management - Client Coordination - Travel & Admin Support - Documentation - Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) - HR/Housekeeping assistance To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an EA to CFO/MD preferred - Background in finance or experience in manufacturing/fabrication/cement industries - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot) - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi - Excellent time management and follow-up skills Please note that only female candidates are eligible for this position, with preference given to married individuals as per company policy.
